Ellis states approximately 577 grams of cocaine, 638 grams of methamphetamine and 73 grams of heroin were seized.
In addition, there a large sum of money was found in the bag with the drugs.
According to the affidavit, the driver, who is unnamed in the affidavit, told police the drugs were removed from Pena’s room after he asked the driver to do so as police were responding.
Ellis states the driver of the vehicle allegedly said he was holding the drugs for Pena until he would contact him.
Pena was charged with three felony counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and three misdemeanor counts of possession of a controlled substance, according to the affidavit.
He was arraigned July 19 by District Judge Michael Joseph Pochron, Allentown, and his bail was set at $100,000.
