Michael J. Stewart, 30, of Camp Hill, formerly of Macungie, died July 29, 2017, in a kayaking accident. He was the loving husband of Melissa R. (Larsen) Stewart. He married the love of his life Aug. 14, 2016. Born in Allentown, he was the son of Paul M. and Jane J. (Monahan) Stewart, of Macungie.

He was a 2006 graduate of Emmaus High School and a 2011 graduate of the Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

He was a certified public accountant working for Zelenkofske, Axelrod, LLC in Harrisburg.

He was a member of the Bethany United Methodist Church family, Wescosville.

He is survived by his wife; parents; brother, Paul R. and his wife Kara, of Bethlehem, twin brother, Jeffrey S. and his wife to be, Rosie, of Boston; sister, Jessica S., and her husband Alec Dimitriadis, of Cetronia; paternal grandparents, Paul and Peggy Stewart, of Wescosville; maternal grandparents, the late John and Jule C. Monahan, of Wilkes Barre.
