With schools opening shortly, Whitehall-Coplay School District will maintain the same bus stops in the borough as in the past, with locations on Chestnut, Second and Fourth streets.
Borough police patrols will keep a watchful eye when the youngsters leave for school in the morning and return in the afternoon.
There is considerably less vehicle traffic on Chestnut Street, where school buses make two stops, because of the closing of the Coplay-Northampton Bridge.
