Olivia Garcia, 90, of Bethlehem died July 26, 2017, at Westminster Village. Born in Warrington, England, she was a daughter of the late Francis and Elizabeth (Ruffley) Ellis. She was the wife of Vincent R. Garcia for 48 years.

She was a secretary at the Moravian library.

She was a survivor of the bombings of her home town during World War II.

She was a member of Trinity Episcopal Church, Bethlehem, where she was on several committees.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by a son, Jeffrey Ellis Carl and his wife Frances of Wyoming, N.Y.; a sister. Miriam Ellis of Leesburg, Fla.; a granddaughter, Jennifer and her husband Todd; and three great-grandchildren, Katelynn, Kyle and Kelsey Moyer.

She was predeceased by a daughter, Diane Carl Ziegler; and a sister, Mildred Stenhouse.
