John T. Hartnett, 28, of Savannah, Ga., formerly of Lower Macungie Township, died July 16, 2017. He was the fiance of Jourdan Walker and they were to be married July 21, 2017. Born in South Weymouth, Mass., he was a son of Dan and Mary Hartnett.

He was employed by Valley Builders, Emmaus and the Tough Mudders Corp.

He is survived by his fiance; parents; sister, Meg; brother, Chris; grandparents, Tom and Louise and Barbara Brugman.

Contributions may be made to the Carmelite Monastery, 3551 Lanark Road, Coopersburg, 18036.

Burial will be private at a different date. Local arrangements were made by the Bachman, Kulik & Reinsmith Funeral Home, Allentown.
