Volunteer/community work: I participated in a school service trip to Ivanhoe, Virginia, where my classmates and I lived for a week in an impoverished town helping the residents through physical labor and service of presence. This service trip provided me with countless life lessons and an unforgettable experience. I also work as a counselor at vacation Bible school at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Parish.
