Stanley Majewski Sr., 87, of Bethlehem, died July 7, 2017. Born in Dickson City, he was a son of the late Joseph and Sophie (Pryzhocki) Majewski. He was the husband of Lucille (Roseman) Majewski for 62 years.
He was a Master Gunnery Sergeant in the U.S. Marine Corps and was a veteran of the Korean War.
He worked in the beam yards for Bethlehem Steel.
He coached a variety of youth sports.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sons, Stanley and his wife June, and John and his wife Mary, all of Bethlehem Township; two daughters, Margie and her husband Steven Tanen of Harleysville and Janice and her husband Robert Bitler of Bethlehem Township; a sister, Anna and her husband Paul Lewis of Bethlehem Township; 16 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
He was predeceased by a brother, Joseph Majewski; a sister, Dolores Antiskay; and a grandson, Matthew Tanen.
