Nancy J. Souders, 87, of Stroudsburg, died July 13, 2017. Born in Bethlehem, she was a daughter of the late Norman and Mabel (Walk) Schoenberger. She was the wife of the late Milton R. Souders Sr.

She worked at Shop-Rite, Bethlehem, for 25 years until she retired.

She is survived by two sons, Milton Jr. and his wife Barbara of Stroudsburg and Thomas and his wife Sharon of Hershey; two daughters, Nancy Richardson of Parryville and Linda and her husband Tony Alverson of Richmond, Virginia; a brother, Leslie of Allentown; eight grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her companion, Herman Punihole; and a brother, Norman.
