The Slatington Lions Club will have a car show Sept. 3 at Slatington Airport, 1000 Airport Lane, Slatington. Rain date is Sept. 4,

There will be six classes for every 10 years beginning with pre-1940 and ending with 2000-present.

Special awards will be given: Ted Kistler memorial award, mayor’s award, president’s choice, people’s choice, most altered, best of show, oldest driven car at show, Masonic award and Hankee Eye Catcher Memorial Award.

Show is from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. First 200 preregistered cars will receive a magnetic dash plaque.

First 150 preregistered will receive a slate award.

There will be a car raffle, flea market and car corral.
