SOutHSide Homelessness, first aid at BAPL

There will be two separate homelessness and First Aid programs at Bethlehem Area Public Library’s Southside branch, 400 Webster St.

Fighting Hunger and Homelessness, with Katie Cohen of New Bethlehem Ministries, will be held from 5:30 to 7 p.m. on July 27. There will be an opportunity to assemble toiletry kits for those in need.

Hands-only CPR, with paramedic Jessica Edwards, will be held at 1 p.m. on July 29. The workshop will also include basic first aid techniques and how the ambulance system really works.
