John E. Gulla Jr., 81, of Northampton, died July 13, 2017, at Lehigh Valley Hospital - Muhlenberg. He was the husband of Mary Ann (Wolfer) Gulla for 60 years.

Born in Ormrod, he was a son of the late John and Catherine (Romanic) Gulla.

He worked at GAF and Tarkett for 42 years.

He was a member of St. John the Baptist Ukrainian Catholic Church where he was a pierogie volunteer.

He was a vice president of Local 691 for many years. He was a member of the Friendly Fifties and of St. Nicholas Ukrainian Club.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sons, Anthony J. and his wife Laura and Dennis G. and his wife Donna; five grandchildren, Megan, Ashley, Kyle, Christopher and Matthew; and three sisters, Margaret and her husband Roman Zaharchuk, Delores and her husband Louis Yuras and Monica and her husband Kenneth Paukovits.

He was predeceased by a sister, Nancy.
