St. Elizabeth’s Regional School, Pershing Boulevard and Fullerton Avenue, announces school office hours for the summer months are 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Monday through Thursday. Normal hours will resume Aug. 21.

School begins Aug. 28 for grades 1 through 8, with kindergarten orientation Aug. 28 and 29. Kindergarten’s first full day of school is Aug. 30.

As a reminder to all, St. E’s collects items for the food bank on the third Sunday of the month; next collection will be Aug. 20.

Beans (dry or canned), cereal, Jell-O, juice boxes, macaroni and cheese, peanut butter, pudding, rice, snack packages, soups, spaghetti and spaghetti sauce can always be used.

A thank-you note was received from Allentown Area Ecumenical Food Bank, Sixth and Chew streets, for the six cases and 24 bags of food that were donated in June.
