Salisbury Township will host a trip to Broadway’s Lunt Fontanne Theatre to see “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory” in New York City Dec. 2. Registration deadline is July 15. Contact the township for additional information at 610-797-4000.

Salisbury Middle School will have library hours 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. July 12, 19 and 26.

The Keystone Warriors will host the 2017 Josh Smith Memorial 5K Run/Walk Aug. 20 at Lone Lane Park, 30 Lone Lane, Allentown. A portion of the registration fee will assist Pennsylvania Wounded Warriors. Registration is available now online at pretzelcitysports.com or the day of the event 8 to 8:40 a.m., with the event beginning 10 a.m.

The Lehigh Valley Zoo will have its Farm Fest July 15 and 16. There will be lots of activities around the zoo and interactive activities with a farm theme. Don’t forget to search the zoo for farm animals that live at the zoo.

Looking forward, the township will hold its National Night Out event 6 to 8 p.m. Aug. 1 at Salisbury High School. There will be food and drink, emergency vehicles, kid’s games and activities, home safety tips, neighborhood watch information and child safety seat checks and installation.
