Hokey A.A. will have free football and cheering mini-camps this year at Bob Warke Field, 3025 S. Front St. Open to ages 5-14, this is a great opportunity for all kids to play a sport with no strings attached and have fun trying something new.

Football coaches will run football camps 6-7:30 p.m. July 16 and 23.

Cheering coaches will run cheering camps 6-7:30 p.m. July 16, 18 and 19.

On July 18, Whitehall Area Hunger Initiative will have a community meal 4-6 p.m. at Faith Evangelical Lutheran Church, 3355 MacArthur Road, in partnership with St. Peter Roman Catholic Church, Coplay.

The meal is guaranteed for the first 100 guests.

From Aug. 7-11, there will be a one-week musical theater workshop, 9 a.m.-1 p.m., for Camp Rhythmo’s production of Disney’s “Beauty and the Beast” at Faith. Students in grades 1-8 are welcome to participate.

The performance will be 6:30 p.m. Aug. 11.

Also, “FIT-tastic” summer camp is coming to Faith 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Aug. 14-18. Participants will enjoy interactive science workshops, an all-original musical, dance, yoga, creative arts and more.

Save the date of Aug. 19 for Faith’s Wheels of Faith car show and craft fair. From 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., come out to the church for this annual event.

Once again, Faith will donate part of the proceeds to Whitehall Food Pantry.
