Patricia A. (Baksa) Alfonso, 68, of Bethlehem, died July 6, 2017, at Lehigh Valley Hospital - Muhlenberg. Born in Bethlehem, she was the daughter to the late William G. Baksa Sr. and Caroline A. (Urban) Baksa. She was the wife of the late James A. Alfonso.

She was a 1967 graduate of Notre Dame High School.

She worked for a number of years with the Bethlehem Heath Bureau.

She was a member of St. Simon and Jude Catholic Church, Bethlehem, where she was in many church activities.

She was involved with the Salvation Army.

She is survived by a son, Richard Alfonso; and two sisters, Carol Goliger and Victoria J. and her husband Joseph Marencik Jr.

She was predeceased by a brother, William G. Baksa Jr.
