Animals are available for adoption at the Center for Animal Health & Welfare no-kill shelter, 1165 Island Park Road, Easton. Hero is a 3-year-old Terrier mix. He traveled 14 hours from a shelter in Tennessee because his time was up. Hero is sweet, playful and loves other dogs so he would do best with an active family.
