Norma D. Heitmann, 76, of Macungie and Naples, Fla., died June 23, 2017, in Seville, Spain. She was the wife of the late Werner Heitmann. Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., she was a daughter of the late Fred and Eva (Thiel) Barkemeyer.

She was the vice president of human resources for the former Morgan Guarantee Trust in New York City for many years, retiring in 1995.

She was a member of the Naples Quilting Guild.

She is survived by a sister, Edith and her husband Wilbert Holmer, of Macungie; niece, Diane Holmer and husband Scott Whitehurst, of Allentown; great-niece and nephew, Eva and Nicholas Holmer-Whitehurst.
