Jacqueline Rivera- Figueroa, 30, of Coopersburg, faces assault and other charges after she allegedly shot a Coopersburg man at a residence in the 1400 block of Limeport Pike, Lower Milford Township, 8:09 a.m. May 29. According to police, the 34-year-old male was shot and taken to Lehigh Valley Health Network - Cedar Crest with life threatening injuries. A 6-year-old girl and a 12-year-old boy were in the same room at the time of the shooting.
Rivera-Figueroa allegedly attempted to discard the gun in a wooded area behind the residence and was confronted by law enforcement personnel who discovered the weapon on her person. The gun had an obliterated serial number. Rivera-Figueroa was arraigned and confined to Lehigh County Jail when she failed to post bail. According to court records, Rivera-Figueroa is charged with simple assault, aggravated assault, recklessly endangering another person, tamper with or fabricate physical evidence, firearms not to be carried without a license and possession of a firearm with manufacturer number altered.
Unknown actors entered an open garage door at an occupied residence in the 7300 block of Hillcrest Drive, Lower Macungie Township, and removed a 2010 Kawasaki motorcycle valued at $7,000 sometime between 11:45 p.m. June 20 and 12:19 a.m. June 21. Reported by a resident in the 4500 block of Wild Cherry Lane, Lower Macungie Township, unknown actors fraudulently used the resident’s checking account to wire $2,822.61 to Pakistan by Western Union May 14.
Reported by a resident in the 2000 block of Strathmore Drive, Lower Macungie Township, unknown actors convinced the resident to purchase approximately $14,050 in Apple iTunes and Steam gift cards and provide them with the scratched off pin numbers between May 30 and June 6.
Konrad Manly Rauscher, 21, of Emmaus, faces charges of suspciion of possession of drug paraphernalia after an incident in the 4800 block of Skytop Drive, Upper Milford Township, 7:54 p.m. May 21. Charges were filed, according to court documents.
Christopher Tyler Lee, 26, of Hellertown, faces charges of alleged possession of a controlled substance and use or possession of drug paraphernalia after police spotted a vehicle at Wawa, 4900 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, May 1. According to police, numerous bundles of heroin were observed in plain view inside the vehicle at the time. A subsequent search of the vehicle produced 74 bundled packets of heroin and numerous pieces of drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed, according to court documents.
