Hokendauqua: Sign up for HPPA fall sports
Hokendauqua Park & Playground Association will be holding sign-ups for fall baseball, softball and Whitehall Zephyr youth field hockey at the pavilion 6-7:30 p.m. July 7.
For baseball and softball, the association is fielding teams for boys Grasshopper, Biddy, Midget and Knee-hi and for girls 10U, 12U, 14U and 18U.
For field hockey, the association is fielding teams for boys and girls in grades kindergarten through sixth grade. No experience is needed. Children will be learning the basic skills of field hockey.

Hokey A.A. will have free football and cheering mini-camps this year at Bob Warke Field, 3025 S. Front St. Open to ages 5-14, this is a great opportunity for all kids to play a sport with no strings attached and have fun trying something new.
Football coaches will run football camps 6-7:30 p.m. July 9, 16 and 23.
Cheering coaches will run cheering camps 6-7:30 p.m. July 9, 11, 12, 16, 18 and 19.

On July 18, Whitehall Area Hunger Initiative will have a community meal 4-6 p.m. at Faith Evangelical Lutheran Church, 3355 MacArthur Road, in partnership with St. Peter Roman Catholic Church, Coplay.
The meal is guaranteed for the first 100 guests.
