Walter J. Ring, 85, of Zionsville, died June 6, 2017. He was the husband of the late Marlene (Zangel) Ring and Nancy (Peters) Ring.

He proudly served his country as a member of the United States Air Force.

He enjoyed gardening, walking and he loved his dog, Khali.

He is survived by children, David, Bryan, Steven and Diane; many grandchildren; sister, Wilma Bryan.

Arrangements were made by the Connell Funeral Home, Bethlehem.
