Mert M. Loper, 86, of Macungie, died June 7, 2017, in her home. She was the wife of the late John Loper Sr. Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Agnes (Gallagher) Bleiler.

She is survived by children, John Jr., Lawrence, Deborah, Rodger; eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
