Just a reminder that this Saturday, June 10, Boy Scout Troop 59 from St. John the Baptist Church will be holding its yard sale. The sale takes place in the church parking lot at Ruch and Chestnut streets. You can begin shopping 8 a.m. and continue until 1 p.m.

You never know what you will stumble upon, so stop by and stroll through the aisles!

This Saturday also marks the opening of Whitehall Township’s swimming pools. We are lucky our township has three fantastic pools in which we can cool off and sunbathe. Hot, sweltering weather cannot be too far away, so plan to visit the Jefferson Pool in Fullerton, Parkview Pool in Hokendauqua or Cementon Pool.
