NICHOLASSpencer Nicholas, a senior at Northwestern Lehigh High School and Lehigh Career & Technical Center has won first place in both District and State 2017 Skills USA competitions in the category of automotive service specialization. The state competition was held April 20 in Hershey. Nicholas will be attending the University of Northwestern Ohio in August.
