Boy Scout Troop 57, Schnecksville, had a flag retirement ceremony May 6 at Community Fire Company No. 1., Schnecksville.
Retired Lehigh County Community College President Don Snyder shared his thoughts on patriotism and the meaning of the flag as it relates to veterans.
A number of veterans attended the ceremony.
