Scott L. Lentz, 58, of Macungie, died May 16, 2017, in the Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township. Born in Allentown, he was a son of Sandra A. (Youkonis) Mitchell, of Schnecksville and the late Louis F. Lentz.

He was a plumber with Schwartz Heating and Plumbing for over 30 years.

He was a member of the Trexlertown Slow Pitch Softball League where he served as past president.

He was a member of The Chasers T-Town 2015 League Champion team.

He is survived by his mother; stepmother, Barbara A. Lentz, of Breinigsville; daughters, Amanda L. and her husband Ronald Beitler, Alexandria M. and Allysa N., all of Macungie; sister, Laurie A. and her husband Alan Klevan, of Villanova; stepbrothers, Ned W. Baumbach, of Elizabethtown and Stephen P. Baumbach, of Allentown; stepsister, Julie A. Sergent, of Bethlehem; granddaughter, Cecilia Beitler.
