Orlando Rodriguez, 45, no known address, was charged with alleged possession of heroin 10:46 p.m. May 4 at Lehigh Valley Health Network - Cedar Crest, 1200 S. Cedar Crest Blvd. Charges have been filed.

Emanuel Fontanez Ortiz, 29, of Whitehall, and Antonio Vasquez, 27, of Allentown, were charged with alleged possession with intent to deliver, criminal conspiracy and possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop 3:29 p.m. May 10 at Emmaus Avenue and Linda Lane. Ortiz was also charged with allegedly having an expired registration. They were taken to Central Booking for processing.

Cory Klaum, 23, of Salisbury, was charged with alleged possession with the intent to deliver marijuana May 3 following a probation home check. He was taken to Central Booking for processing.

Two 16-year-old male students were involved in a fight at Salisbury High School 11:45 a.m. May 4. Both were charged with disorderly conduct and will be referred to the criminal justice panel.

Scott Seymore, 22, of Allentown, was cited for disorderly conduct following an alleged incident at Lehigh Valley Health Network - Cedar Crest, 10:48 a.m. May 9.

A resident in the 800 block of South Elizabeth Street reported 11:11 a.m. May 4, fraudulent purchases were made on credit cards totaling $320.

A Salisbury fire inspector was summoned 11:45 a.m. May 4 for a disturbance at Staples, 3300 Lehigh St. No charges were filed.

Police responded to a bomb threat at Arts Academy Charter Middle School, 1610 E. Emmaus Ave. 2:32 p.m. May 4. A 14-year-old male, of Quakertown, was identified as allegedly making the threat. Charges are pending.

Four unknown males pried open a garage door of a home in the 1300 block of South Fairview Road 12:50 a.m. May 10. Nothing was reported missing.

Three males were chased from a vacant home in the 700 block of South Glenwood Street 11:22 p.m. May 6. Police found the front door had been forced open.

A resident in the 900 block of Flexer Avenue was given $300 in counterfeit bills at Green Acres Park 12:26 p.m. May 6. The bills were turned over to police.

Travis Williams, 27, of New York, N.Y., was charged with alleged defiant trespass 2:02 a.m. May 6 in the 1200 block of South Cedar Crest Boulevard. He was taken to Central Booking for processing.

Three juveniles were allegedly seen throwing bottles at the Western Salisbury Fire Department building, 950 S. Ott St., 3:50 p.m. May 7. The youth also allegedly were throwing things on the ground from the dumpster. The youth have been identified; charges are pending.

A window of a home in the 1100 block of Meadowbrook Circle was broken with a rock 6:29 a.m. May 11.

Coby Redday, 32, of Allentown, was charged with alleged simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct 3:15 p.m. May 9 following an incident in the 1000 block of Salisbury Road. He was taken to Central Booking for processing.

A black male was seen going through vehicles at Midas Muffler, 3141 Lehigh St., 5:25 p.m. May 11. Police were unable to locate the male.

A Salisbury police officer was injured while answering a call for a male having behavioral issues at a home in the 900 block of East Emmaus Avenue 9:57 p.m. May 11.

Spenser Smollick, 39, of Allentown, was charged with allegedly furnishing alcohol to minors in the 1200 Susquehanna Street following a long investigation. Charges were filed May 4.

Douglas Bonnell Sr., 45, of Salisbury and Douglas Bonnell Jr., 22, of Salisbury, received summary citations for alleged disorderly conduct after the vehicle they were in was stopped in the 3100 block of Sussex Road. A third person, Steven Schanewolf, 19, no known address, was charged with alleged unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and was taken to Central Booking.
