Elizabeth J. Pavlish, 88, of Bethlehem, died May 12, 2017. Born in Bethlehem, she was a daughter of the late Walter Kuhns and Margaret (Edwards) Tomlinson.

She was a 1946 graduate of Fountain Hill High School. She was a 1952 graduate of Methodist Hospital School of Nursing, Philadelphia.

She was a registered nurse at St. Luke’s Hospital for 35 years before she retired.

She was a member of Fritz Memorial United Methodist Church.

She was a member of the Bethlehem Senior Center.

She is survived by a daughter, Janis Belcak; a son, Peter Pavlish; and a granddaughter, Amy Slahta; all of Bethlehem.

She was predeceased by a brother, Walter Kuhns Jr.
