Donald Guldin, 87, of Emmaus and formerly of Palm, died May 7, 2017. Born in New Berlinville, he was a son of the late Horace and Mae Ruth (Young) Guldin.

He was a 1947 graduate of the Milton Hershey Industrial School. He was a self-employed carpenter in the Upper Perkiomen area. He was an outdoorsman and an avid hunter. He enjoyed cooking and eating and had quite a “sweet tooth.”

He is survived by children: Donna Bardman, of Macungie and Janice and her husband Philip Lopez, of Alburtis; siblings: Richard, (Eleanor), Margaret Shankel, Helen Holiday and Marian (Rodney) Heist, four grandchildren; and a great-grandson.

At Donald’s request, there will be no services.

Arrangements were made by The Falk Funeral Homes and Crematory, Pennsburg.
