Irmgard Snyder Roberts, 89, of Country Meadows, Allentown, formerly of Berlinsville, died May 5, 2017.

She was the wife of Donald G. Roberts to whom she was married 41 years and the late Roscoe P. Snyder.

Born March 22, 1928, in Germany, she was the daughter of the late Josef and Maria Zaraza.

She was the co-owner of the Roscoe P. Snyder Insurance Agency, Berlinsville, until her retirement.

She loved to play golf, dance, garden, go out to eat and spend time with family and friends.

She was a member of the former Blue Ridge Country Club, Palmerton, a 50-year member of the Order of the Eastern Star, and St. John’s United Church of Christ, Slatington.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by children Roxane M. Snyder (Tracy M. Applegate), Kris P. Snyder-Samuelson (John), Barbara M. Grosch (Tim Moore), Donna K. Keichel, Brian G. Roberts (Tammi), Bruce D. Roberts (Michelle); brother George Zaraza (Phyllis); grandchildren Hannah Snyder-Samuelson, Beth Frantz, Mark Grosch, Adam and Jared Keichel, Samantha Jezierski, Madison, Taylor, Katelyn, Matthew and Sarah Roberts; great-grandson Mason Keichel; nieces Kathy Zaraza, Jennifer Whittington, Patricia Quayle Gyger and Nancy Bailey.

She was predeceased by siblings Oscar, Annie and Hilda; a niece, Christiana; and a nephew, Jurgen.
