Carl B. Miller Sr., 86, of Allentown, formerly of Lynnport, died May 2, 2017, in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Allentown.

His wife, Betty J. (Frantz) Miller, died in 2014.

Born in Heidelberg Township, he was a son of the late Ralph and Maggie L. (Billig) Miller.

He was a union carpenter until retiring in 1993.

His survivors include daughters Linda M. Miller of Orefield, Sandra E., wife of Ray E. Kline of Bally, and Cindy M., wife of Scott Erney of New Ringgold; son, Carl B. (Jennie) Miller Jr. of New Tripoli; 16 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.

He was predeceased by sons Terry and Charles “Chip” Miller, a sister, Marie Frey, and brothers, Earl and Ralph Miller.
