Bernard R. Corriveau

Bernard R. Corriveau, 71, of Allentown, died May 4, 2017, in St. Luke’s Hospital, Allentown.

He and his wife Jane A. (Heilman) Corriveau were married four years last August.

Born in Southbridge, Mass., he was a son of the late Arthur L. and Ida E. (Duquette) Corriveau.

A self-employed truck driver for 42 years before retiring in 2012, he honorably and faithfully served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Julie E. Anderson and husband, Christopher, of College Station, Texas; sons Jeffrey R. and wife, Tonya, of Owasso, Okla., Gregory R. and wife, Brandy, of Tyler, Texas, Scott A. and wife, Kristin, of McKinney, Texas; sister Rita Zajac and husband Bernard of Punta Gorda, Fla.; brother Arthur Jr. and wife, Georgette, of Fiskdale, Mass.; nine grandchildren and one on the way; nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his first wife, Vivian.
