The ninth annual Paw Prints on the Canal will be held 11 a.m.-4 p.m. June 4 on Canal Street along the Lehigh River in Northampton. This event is sponsored by Northampton Borough and benefits Northampton Borough Police Department’s K-9 unit. Paw Prints brings together a varied group of animal welfare organizations, rescue groups, crafters and other businesses.
In addition to a rabies and microchipping clinic, there will be a rescue pet parade, noon; a sharp-dressed pet talent contest, 1 p.m.; raffle baskets; pet photos; bake sale; pony rides; and plenty of refreshments.
Take a ride into Northampton with your family, friends, pets and enjoy the fun!
