CONCERN May is National Foster Care Month

May is designated National Foster Care Month. Foster care programs support the concept that children should live in a traditional family setting in the community, rather than in a residential or institutional setting.

CONCERN, a multi-service private nonprofit 501(c)(3) human services organization has been, for 39 years, providing placement and treatment services to children and their families. The organization is dedicated to providing a growing array of foster care, adoption and permanency, community-based, residential, and behavioral health services.
