Mark Lawrence Julian, 57, of Harrisburg, was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence after a traffic stop along Interstate 78 at mile marker 56.0, Salisbury Township, 12:05 a.m. March 26. Julian was later released, according to police. Charges were filed, according to court documents.
