Joanne M. Kortvely, 87, of Allentown, formerly of Wescosville, died April 20, 2017. She was the wife of the late Zolton Kortvely who died in 2013. She was the daughter of the late Lloyd and Frances (Poorman) McKee.

She was a 1947 graduate of Central Catholic High School, Allentown.

She enjoyed painting, playing cards especially pinnacle, college football and basketball, loved flowers and most of all her family.

She is survived by children, Scott, of Phillipsburg, N.J., Nancy Schrader, of Kutztown and John and his wife Linda, of New Tripoli; grandchildren, Bryce, Laurissa, Brian, Alexander, Stephanie; great-grandchildren, Kaylie, Marcello, Emilio; brother Gerald McKee, of Allentown; extended family members.
