Loretta Ann (Wisher) Fry, 85, of Northampton, died April 21, 2017, at home. Born in Jackson’s Patch, Mahanoy City, she was a daughter of the late Charles O. and Julia (Markle) Wisher. She was the wife of Charles F. Fry of Sacred Heart Senior Living by the Creek, Northampton, for 65 years.

She was a cook and then the manager of four cafeterias with the Allentown School District for more than 22 years.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by a son, Charles of Whitehall; three daughters, Ann and her husband Donald Troxell of Northampton, Mary and her husband Stephen Newman of Sherrodsville, Ohio, and Julia and her husband Roy Grube of New Tripoli; eight grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by eight siblings.
