AARP Chapter 115 will meet noon May 4 at the American Club of Coplay, 300 Cherry St.

Barbara Wolfgang will speak on services available to seniors who are recovering from surgery or an illness or who may need help with everyday tasks.

Refreshments will be available.

Also, tickets will be available for the Aug. 3 picnic.

Those planning to attend are asked to bring a nonperishable item for the food bank.

Fullerton American Legion Ladies Auxiliary, Unit 367, will hold its next meeting 7 p.m. May 9 at the post home, at Fullerton Avenue and Wood Street.

Dues continue to be accepted throughout 2017.

Whitehall Zephyrs Football Club will hold its annual golf classic - a four-man scramble shotgun format - 9 a.m. May 13 at Willow Brook Golf Course, North Catasauqua.

The fee will include a catered picnic lunch and beverage, as well as a hot dog and beverage after the ninth hole.
