Charles A. Gross, 91, of Orefield, died April 21, 2017, in Lehigh Center, Macungie.
He was the widower of Arlene (Brunner) Gross.
Born in South Whitehall Township, he was a son of the late George and Martha (Brunner) Gross.
Throughout his life he worked at the former Freemans Dairy, Trexler Orchard, Trojan Powder Co. and Wehr’s Fruit Stand.
He was a lifetime member of the Schnecksville Fire Company and a member of the Copeechan Fish and Game Club, Schnecksville.
He was a member of Christ’s Church at Lowhill, New Tripoli.
His survivors include sons Donald C. and wife, Carol, of Whitehall, Randy S. of Orefield, and Dennis P. of Oklahoma; grandchildren Matthew Gross and Tammy Hall; great-grandchildren Corinne and Joshua Hall; and many nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by brothers Fred, Elwood, Willard and Francis; and sisters Marie Moyer, Mabel Gross, Joyce Wotring and Arlene Holben.
Services are 11 a.m. April 27 at Christ’s Church at Lowhill, 4695 Lowhill Church Road, New Tripoli, with the Rev. Dr. David C. Smith officiating.
Visitation will be 10:30- 11 a.m. Thursday in the church.
Interment will follow the service in Lowhill Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Copeechan Fish and Game Club, 5649 Brook St., Schnecksville, PA 18078.
