Allen Township/East Allen Township: Pa. Dutch night set for April 29
Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 1335 Old Carriage Road, Kreidersville, will celebrate the food and culture of the Pennsylvania Dutch with an evening of dining and entertainment April 29.
Doors will open 4:30 p.m.; the meal will be served 5 p.m.
The menu will feature traditional Pennsylvania Dutch foods. Keith Brintzenhoff will entertain with a program of Pennsylvania German music, stories, folklore and humor.
A basket raffle will also be held.
Seating is by reservation and is limited to 125 persons. There is a cost.

East Allen Township’s summer camp will run 9 a.m.-1 p.m. June 19-Aug. 3 at Bicentennial Park.
This seven-week program is for boys and girls ages 5 to 12.
Registration will be held 6-7:30 p.m. April 29 at the East Allen Township Municipal Building, 5344 Nor-Bath Blvd. The camp is limited to 150 participants.
You can also register your child 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Monday-Friday.
There is a cost.
In addition to time spent at Bicentennial Park, campers will take trips to Hampton Lanes, the Roxy, Wildlands Conservancy, Lehigh Valley Zoo and more.

Bindics Custom Screen Printing, 8476 Seemsville Road, helped in the cleanup of Seemsville Road and Allen Drive in support of PennDOT’s Adopt-a-Highway program. On April 15, Bindics staff - Jillian Bindics, Brett R. Bindics, Kiersten Bindics, Brett S. Bindics, Mary Ann Bindics, Carlee Bindics and Dave Farber - filled more than 17 garbage bags with litter along that 3.3-mile stretch.

Cub Scout Pack 40 is accepting registrations for boys in kindergarten through fourth grade. A sign-up night is scheduled for 6:45 p.m. May 16 at the Kreidersville Covered Bridge on Covered Bridge Road.
The group will be fishing. Every new boy who signs up will receive a fishing rod and reel.
The pack will meet 6:45-8 p.m. every Tuesday in the fellowship hall of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, Kreidersville.
Cub Scouting is a program for boys in first through fifth grades. Parental involvement is a must.
