Edward R. Schreibeck, 73 of Bethlehem, formerly of Northampton, died April 19, 2017, at ManorCare Health Services, Bethlehem. Born in Allentown, he was a son of the late Julius and Emily (Lakits) Schreibeck.

He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam era.

He was a past president of St. Francis Society, Allentown.

He is survived by two brothers, Ronald and Michael Schreibeck, both of Allentown; and three sisters, Cindy Melendez of Allentown, Ann Peczenyj of Northampton and Kathleen Gaston of Salisbury Township.

He was predeceased by a sister, Debra Schreibeck.
