Grace L. Repp, 97, of Allentown, died April 7, 2017, at Phoebe Home. She was the wife of the late Kenneth Repp who died in 2000. Born in Maxatawny, she was the daughter of the late J. Arthur and Esther (Ziegler) Gernerd.

She was a teacher in the East Penn School District, Lower Macungie Elementary and the Sayre schools.

She graduated from Kutztown State University in 1939.

She was a member of Jerusalem Western Salisbury Church, Allentown where she was active in the Senior Saints.

She loved singing, playing piano, family time and to travel.

She is survived by a son, Kenneth and his wife Halina; daughter, Dawn (Merry) Rufo; grandchildren, Lawrence and Christoher Rufo, Ryan Wendt, Justin and Kevin; great-grandchildren, Michael, Alyssa, and Christian Rufo, Ilija and Nikola; sister, Joyce (Rabenold) Sammel. She was predeceased by a daughter, Sherrill Anne in 2009.

A memorial service will be held 11 a.m. April 20 at Jerusalem Western Salisbury Church, 3441 Devonshire Road, Allentown, 18103. Calling hours will be held 10:30 to 11 a.m. in the church. Arrangements were made by the Bachman, Kulik & Reinsmith Funeral Home, Allentown.
