Peter J. Quier, 62, of Kempton, died April 15, 2017, at home.

He and his wife Kay L. (Smith) Quier were married more than 40 years.

Born in Bethlehem, he was the son of the late Sterling J. and Frances J. (Behler) Quier.

Before retiring in 2015, he worked more than 35 years in various departments for Kraft Foods.

He enjoyed hunting, riding his motorcycle and spending precious time with his grandchildren.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by sons Christopher C., and his wife, Steph, of New Tripoli, Peter W. and his wife, Sheri, of Quakertown; brothers Sterling J. Jr., and his wife, Ellen, of Hawaii, Francis G. and his wife, Barb, of Kempton, Keith A. and his wife, Michele, of Danielsville, Michael L. and his wife, Tanya, of Blandon; and grandchildren, Douglas, Lane and Danica.

His services will be private.
