Evelyn E. Tancin, 84, of Whitehall, died April 1, 2017, in Holy Family Manor, Bethlehem. She was the wife of the late Thomas N. Tancin.

Born in Bethlehem, she was a daughter of the late Morris and Hattie (Grim) Clewell.

She was a seamstress for many years.

She is survived by a son, Robert and his wife Maureen; a granddaughter, Nicole Tancin; two grandsons, Thomas J. Tancin and his partner Timothy Larkin, and Corey Tancin; and two sisters, Harriet Santee and Ruthann Shambo.

She was predeceased by a son, Carl; four brothers, Harold, Walter, Richard and Thomas; and a sister, Grace Almond.
