John J. Bremmer Jr., 90, of Allentown, died April 8, 2017, in Devon House, Salisbury Township. Born in Fountain Hill, he was a son of the late John J. Bremmer Sr. and the late Stella (Searle) Bremmer. He was the husband of the late Nancy E. (Griffiths) Bremmer.
He was a Navy veteran of World War II and the Korean era.
He was a supervisor in the employee benefits department at the former Bethlehem Steel Corporation for 33 years until he retired in 1983.
He was a member of St. Thomas More Catholic Church, Allentown, where he volunteered and was an usher.
He is survived by a son, David E. of Macungie; a sister, Jeanette M. Keim of Bethlehem; and a granddaughter, Heather S. and her husband Kevin L. Bednar of Blandon.
He was predeceased by a grandson, Hunter D. Bremmer.
