Frances Nellie Brown, 99, formerly of Bethlehem, died March 12, 2017, in Nazareth. Born in Egypt, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Agnes (Bochnak) Zima. She was the wife of the late Joseph Gregory Brown Jr.

She was a waitress for 25 years at the former Walp’s Restaurant, Allentown.

She was of the Catholic faith

She is survived by a daughter, Nancy A. and her husband David George of Walnutport; six grandchildren, David Jr. and his wife Deborah George, Christopher George, Susan and her husband Michael Anthony, Amy Kolesnik and her fiance Chad Seeley, Richard Holland and Joseph and his wife Samantha Holland; great-grandchildren; and great-great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by a daughter, Fay Frances Williams; brothers; and sisters.
