Virginia E. McGinley, 96, Allentown, died March 28, 2017, in Lehigh Valley Hospital. She was the wife of the late Michael F. McGinley. Born in Allentown, she was a daughter of the late Lawrence T. and Katie L. (Miller) McGee.

Before retiring she worked at Bethlehem Steel Corporation.

She was a member of Church of St. Ann, Emmaus.

For many years, she was a volunteer at Allentown Hospital.

She is survived by sons, Timothy F. and his wife Priscilla; Jeffrey M. and his wife Linda; daughter, Barbara E. and her husband Glenn Reitz; sister, Joyce L. Dunlap; three grandchildren, Erin, Kelly and Stephen; two great-grandchildren, Omari and Maya.

A memorial Mass will be held 11 a.m. April 7 at Church of St. Ann, 415 S. 6th St., Emmaus. No calling hours. Arrangements were made by the Trexler Funeral Home, Allentown.
