State Police Troop M Bethlehem say a 28-year-old man and 25-year-old woman, both from Schnecksville, got into a verbal altercation 1:20 p.m. March 11 in the 5600 block of Sell Road, Heidelberg Township.
Police allege during the verbal altercation, the man grabbed the woman by her hair and dragged her across the living room.
He then allegedly punched the woman in the head twice, at which point she attempted to stand up.
According to police, the man allegedly then kicked the woman in her outer left thigh.
Police say during the altercation the man allegedly stated he was going to kill the woman.
He was charged with making terroristic threats, simple assault and harassment.
Charges were filed with District Judge Rod Beck, Slatington.
