Helen Yaple, 90, formerly of Whitehall, died March 20, 2017, at Weston Senior Living, Northampton. She was the wife of the late Edward Yaple.

Born in Egypt, she was a daughter of the late Stephen and Barbara (Supp) Lubenetsky.

She worked at the former Cross Country Clothes for many years.

She was a member of Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church, Whitehall.

She is survived by nieces, of which Barb Zydyk and Jean Rasley were like daughters to her; and nephews.

She was predeceased by a brother, John Lubenetsky; and two sisters, Olga Webb and Mary Kometic.
