Carl C. Beer, 75, of Northampton, died March 22, 2017. He was the husband of Carol (Koehler) Beer for 54 years.

Born in Palmerton, he was a son of the late Louella (Scherer) Bundy and Charles Beer. He was a stepson of the late Lester Bundy Sr. and Ruth (James) Beer.

He worked at Shawnee Penn Manufacturing, Bethlehem; Laurel Garage, Cementon; and Dixie Cup, Easton, from which he retired after 37 years.

He was a member of Zion Lutheran Church, Northampton.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by three sons, Chad of Whitehall and Curt and Carl Jr. of Northampton; five stepsisters, Linda Snyder, Margaret Schneider, Colleen Keefe, Catherine Foster and Marylou Montes; a stepbrother, Lester Bunday Jr.; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Contributions may be made to the church roof fund, 1904 Main St., Northampton, 18067.
