Xiu-Fang Ling, 87, of Catasauqua and formerly of the Peoples Republic of China, died March 16, 2017. She was the wife of Hui-Xiang Pan of Catasauqua for 63 years.

Born in Zheng Jiang, China, she was a daughter of the late Jun-Shing Ling and Zhang-Shi Ling.

While living in China, she was an elementary school teacher until she retired.

She was a member of the Lehigh Valley Chinese Christian Church, Whitehall, where she enjoyed singing in the church choir.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by three daughters, Tian-Li Pan and Ping-Ping Pan, both of China, and Ming-Ming and her husband David Molony of Catasauqua; four grandchildren; one great-grandchild; nieces; and nephews.
